» Florida is made of up two distinctive areas. As you know the state is a peninsula, surrounded by water on three sides, and then we have a long narrow island that runs from Mantanzas Inlet to Ponce Inlet on the East coast. This strip of land is very limited in size, and thus limited in building area. We have homes located directly on the beach (beach front), or on the Halifax River (the intra coastal), and in between (beach side). The majority of our homes are within walking distance to the beach. We have homes priced from the $130,000 to several Millions.
» When you leave the beach side and head over the bridge to the "Mainland" you will find riverfront homes on the Halifax River (the intra coastal), and as you move inland you will find many beautiful developments, golf communities, gated communities, and so much more. Please take some time and get to know the area.

» Don't forget our wonderful climate our Summers are hot, just like they are in most places, but our Winters are perfect!! The average temperature in the Winter is between 55°F and 70°F. We do get the occasional very cold temperatures, but it only lasts a day maybe two and then it is back to paradise.
» We are just a little over an hour to St. Augustine, Walt Disney World, Epcot, MGM Studios, Universal Studios, Sea World, Kennedy Space Station, and Cape Canaveral. We also have dozens of gorgeous natural Springs, and State Parks to visit. These make great day trips, and are easy on the family budget.
